By using the Convertik application (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Convertik is a mobile application for currency conversion that works offline with periodic exchange rate updates.

3. Use of the App

3.1 Permitted use

• Currency conversion for personal purposes
• Use in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect for intellectual property rights

3.2 Prohibited use

• Commercial use without permission
• Reverse engineering or decompilation
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Use for illegal purposes

4. Subscriptions and payments

4.1 Ads Free subscription

• Price: 199 ₽/month
• Auto-renewal: Subscription automatically renews
• Cancellation: Through App Store settings
• Refunds: According to Apple policy

4.2 Subscription management

Subscription management is handled through Apple App Store. We do not process payments directly.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1 Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy in exchange rates, we do not guarantee absolute correctness of data.

5.2 Limitation of damages

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the App, including design, code, and content, belong to us or our licensors.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
